Do you have a website in my language?

We are a UK website and all information is in English. We cannot provide any customer information in any other languages.

Which currencies can I use to buy products?

We currently only operate in pounds sterling, US dollar, Euro and Pak Rupee.

Do you offer a next day delivery?

At present we don’t offer a next day delivery service, but it can be arranged. Please contact our customer service.

How can I return any unsuitable items?

Once received, goods which are not of satisfactory quality, not as described or simply unwanted may be returned for a full refund. Simply return the items, in their original condition and packaging, within 28 days of receipt. Please note, that the initial postage and packaging charge is non refundable. I have placed an order on the Web site, can I amend or cancel it?

Regrettably, we are unable to cancel or amend orders once they have been placed. This includes changes to your delivery address. Please ensure you review all information carefully as you proceed through our checkout procedure. However, you can return any unwanted Product(s) to us.

Can I place the order only of one suit?

You can’t place less then 1 set. Since it is a trade web site and we only deal with whole sale customers.

Will my order be delayed if any items are out of stock?

No, we will send you the items that are in stock straight away, and your other items will follow later, at no extra cost to you.

Do I need an email address to order online?

Yes. As part of the online ordering process, we will send you a confirmation email with details of your order. Although don't forget, if you don't have your own email address, you can still order by phone or post.

Can I add sleeves or suggest any changes to an outfit?

We can certainly incorporate changes and make a custom outfit for you. You can suggest us your sleeves and trouser length. All you need to do is tell us your thoughts by email or phone and our team of designers will review your changes and get back to you with expert recommendations. We will, at the same time, let you know whether your custom changes are cost effective or these can be made at the outfit cost.
